OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 7am – 7pm Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm Saturday, and 12pm – 3pm Sunday. Our office is closed on major holidays (New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Our office will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, and New Years Eve. There is a three-day minimum lodging stay during holidays.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Our suggested times of arrival for lodging are 2pm – 6pm Monday through Friday, 1pm – 3pm Saturday, and 12pm – 3 pm Sunday. Departure from lodging must be before 2pm. During peak hours, please allow thirty minutes for check-in and check-out.

COURTESY CANCELLATION POLICY
Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa® requires a 72 hour cancellation notice for lodging reservations made over a holiday and other peak periods, these holidays include (but may not be limited to) Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. A credit card will be asked for at the time of booking to hold the reservation, failure to cancel the reservation 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival will result in one day charge for the room reserved.

DIRECTIONS
We are conveniently located at 4795 Babson Place in Oakley on the the former site of the Oakley Drive-In. From I-71
Take the Red Bank Expressway exit (#9). Turn right onto Madison Road. Once on Madison we are located approximately 1/3 of a mile on the left. Follow Red Dog
Pet Resort & Spa’s driveway all the way to the end.
