About Us
OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 7am – 7pm Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm Saturday, and 12pm – 3pm Sunday.  Our office is closed on major holidays (New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Our office will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, and New Years Eve. There is a three-day minimum lodging stay during holidays. We regret that we cannot accommodate arrivals and departures during non-office hours.

  
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Our suggested times of arrival for lodging are 2pm – 6pm Monday through Friday, 1pm – 3pm Saturday, and 12pm – 2 pm Sunday.  Departure from lodging must be before 1pm. During peak hours, please allow thirty minutes for check-in and check-out.

Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa® is a member of the The Pet Care Services Association. The PCSA helps develop and maintain the highest professional and business standards within the pet care industry. Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa® abides fully by the Pet Care Services Association Code of Ethics and the Pet’s Bill of Rights.
